Wabash Street, and we primarily serve the counties of Miami, Cass, Wabash, Fulton, and Howard; however, we market to, and service, all of northern Indiana down to, and including, Indianapolis.

The agency is owned and operated by Jim Dale - an experienced insurance professional with backgrounds in sales, underwriting, marketing, management, and agency ownership within the insurance industry. Jim is a Ball State University graduate where he studied business administration with concentrations in insurance and finance. He has earned some of the insurance industry's most important designations (CIC, CPCU, AU), which reflects Jim's dedication to professionalism through continuing education and technical proficiency.
