Jim is always understanding when we need to make changes or have questions about our coverage. I also feel like he is consistently looking for ways to save us money which we appreciate. And he checks in at least annually to make sure we are adequately covered for our current life situation. He is quick to respond, trustworthy and very knowledgeable in the field!
